Character Matters

Our 'Character Matters' behaviours underpin our curriculum and highlight the learning behaviors we promote to develop our pupils holistically.

Our staff refer to these during lessons and they are celebrated in our weekly Lead Learners' celebration assembly where children are encouraged to discuss why they have shown one of the 12 key attributes.

Zones of Regulation

To ensure our children are in the correct mindset to access their learning, we use zones of regulation to allow the children to express their feelings. We refer to this daily and any issues arising are followed up by a staff member.
