Our Covid Response

Welcome Back!

School life for 100s of thousands of children and staff across the country changed back in March 2020 – our role in our communities evolved. Our families relied on us for guidance, support and reassurance. As we welcomed all of the children back from September 1st 2021 there were high levels of anxiety and concern. Ultimately it is our role to guide, support and reassure our children and families. No matter our role within school, we all play a part in this.

Here you will find information relating to our risk assessments, protocols and any policy updates which support the full opening of our school.

These are reviewed regularly and actively involve our Local Advisory Board. Please never hesitate to get in contact if you have any questions.

This page also provides links to our 'Road map to Recovery' to support our pupils following the latest Lockdown in January 2021.

Details of our Catch Up Programme

On our return to school our main focus was to support pupil and staff mental wellbeing and assess the range of starting points of our pupils.

Below you will see the detailed overview of our proposed spending of the 'Covid Catch- Up' Funding as agreed by the current Government.
