Year 6 Sailing!

On Wednesday 9th June Year 6 visited Aldeburgh Yacht Club, a brilliant day was had by all.  Year 6 learnt how to tie different sailing knots, learnt about the different parts on the sailing boats.  They also learnt how to take parts of the boat a part and then had a race to see who could put them back together fast enough.  The children even got to ride in a speed boat! 

This was such a fantastic opportunity for the children in Year 6, their behaviour and listening skills were exceptional.
